As someone who has traveled all over the US, I was pleasantly surprised to find the best BBQ I’ve ever had at an event with a food truck. The combination of the bark with seasoning was perfect and the sauce took it to a whole new level. I highly recommend Manning’s Hometown BBQ!!!

We booked Manning’s Hometown BBQ for our wedding. When we had to reschedule the wedding due to COVID-19, Derek worked with us so that we could still have him cater our wedding. On the wedding day, his food and service was great. Lots of compliments from family and friends about his food and service. 10/10 would highly recommend for any event.
